Love Letter to France – part 3

France, ma Cherie ~ here are some more of the ways I just love you, not necessarily in this order …

I love that Paris has happy hours.

I love that some of your places are closed midday for 2-2.5 hours for lunch and I hope, rest.

I love that some of your places are closed Sundays and Mondays and that some places are only open M-F.

I love that it’s very easy for me to feel at home here with you.

I love that a couple people (one of yours ;) have told me that I look beaming, flourishing, young, and so relaxed … for being here with you.

I love that your people are very kind at the post office!

I love that your post office has prepaid boxes so I can ship as much stuff home as I can cram in the box – so nice of you!

I love that your ATMs charge fairly for withdrawals and give me a choice for what bills I want.

I love that your landlords are very kind and generous.

I love that you don’t do over-the-top for holidays, or at least it seems that way.

I love that you don’t need a designated day to express Love.

I love that your tiny streets and alleyways help me create shortcuts and what feel like locals’ routes.

I love that you have places/sites that are so very old, and revered.

I love that Archangel Michael is your protector. I really love that.
